The only thing was, we went there cause they have a pool. And we go to the pool and it's closed for some reason. I don't know why.

The front desk clerk was rude. Asked for clean towels after returning our dirty ones to the front desk and never received them. The room was dirty the bathroom was dirty and the ac didnt work properly. Never had maid service.

Absolutely nothing. This employee put us in a room that should have been condimed. Liquid was draining down walls stains on bed dirty soap still in shower. I would not have this hotel available for anyone to book. It was literally discusting. Was scared to sit my bag down.
